    Hi!

Please help me! I made a form with multi checkout option. I used the standard PayPal integration. My problem is, that at the checkout, after choosing the "pay by debit or credit card" on the PayPal page, people also have to fill the "create an account part". Why is that? People can't pay without creating an account on Paypal?

    thx

    Ben

    Hello Ben,

The page you get to after submitting our form is on PayPal's side and we don't have control over it. If you want to use regular PayPal and accept payments, your users have to have PayPal account in order for you to accept those payments.

You can, however, use PayPal Pro and get the payment right from your form, without redirecting to PayPal's website, but this option is, as far as I know, not supported in countries other than the US, UK, and Canada.

But, you can also check, as alternative Guest Checkout option:

If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thank you!
