How to remove my email from the bounce list?

For some reason, the "reply to" email that we have always used has gone into your bounce list - admin.assistant@mousetrap.org.uk 

Please see screenshot below. Please can you unbounce this address?

Please click on the "Remove" button as shown in the screenshot, and it will be removed from the list.
