Inventory widget does not always load

    We have a form to sell lift tickets at 9 different mountains. Each mountain has its own inventory widget. When the form loads, most of the time some of the inventory widgets will not load. This tends to hang up the form for long periods of time until the loading process times out and the message "Cannot complete your request " appears over the inventory widget that did not load. We have also had the inventory widgets hang up the form during the submission process.

    I checked your form - https://form.jotform.com/63278503324959 but was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. The inventory widget loaded fast and I did not encounter any issue.

    Can you test again your form and see if you will still encounter the issue? If the issue still persists, can you provide us what browser and/or device are you using to access the form where you encounter the issue so we can further check?

    I tested it again and the problem still persists. sometimes all of the inventory widgets will load and sometimes they will not. If you select a quantity sometimes the widget will update and other times it will not. When submitting the form, sometimes it works ok and other times it will hang on one of the inventory widgets and the form cannot be submitted. If you click on the submit button a second time the form will finish the submission process but the submission data especially the total cost is not accurate because it includes the cost from the widget that hung up during submission. 

    I have tried the form on 2 different computers at 2 different locations and have tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge Browsers. All of the machines that I have tried it on are running windows 10. I have experienced the same problem everywhere I have tested  the form.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    May we know if the form is embedded on a website of yours? If so, please do share the link so that we can check it further. It might be related on how the form is embedded. 

    I also made some test but I'm unable to replicate the problem just like my colleague, the only thing that I can think of right now for the problem to occur if the form is embedded on a website in a different way or on a manner that may caused conflict with the website's resources.

    Here is a screenshot of my last attempt a few minutes ago to test the form. This test was conducted on a windows 10 machine running Firefox. I cleared all of the cookies before I ran the test. This computer is on a FIOS internet connection rated at 60 and 60 down

    The form is not embedded in a website we access it using the link that is provided from jotform in form builder when we publish the form. The problem also exists when the form is viewed in preview mode in the form builder and at times when editing the form in form builder the widgets will exhibit the same behavior even if that particular widget is not being edited. In order to proceed with editing I have to go and click on the update  for the widget. that is having the problem. That usually resets it so I can proceed with editing.

    Here is a screenshot of a test form I created that only has 9 inventory widgets. When I published the form and selected 1 item from each widget, one of the inventory widgets did not update. This form is not embedded I ran it from the link that was provided when I published the form.

    I updated all of the widgets and the problem still exists. I also cloned the form, updated all of the widgets on the cloned form and the problem still exists. I have another active form which is currently taking submissions  it has one inventory widget and it has not yet had a problem. Could the problem be because there are multiple inventory widgets on the same form and there is some type of a race going on between them?
