where is my image

    Hi

     

    We use 2 payment pages one for Canada and one for the US.  I use each country's flag to guide ou students to the right one.  However, the image of the US flag disappeared.  

     

    I don't know what happened.

    As far as I tested, it seems that .svg file will not work on our server, due to security reasons since the .svg files can run scripts something that images like .png will not do. What I would suggest you, is to upload your image to another cloud service and then provide the link in the image wizard, this way it should work. 

    Alternatively you can upload JPG or PNG image formats.
