How do you remove that stupid ad when you first sign in. I click on the "do not show me again" and have to x out of it, but it continually shows up.

If you are referring to the year end sale pop-up, it should only appear after you log in.  It should not appear in the My Forms section of your account or while building forms.  It will no longer appear at all in a couple weeks when the sale is over.
