Can I add a file for people to download in my form?

I am developing a scholarship application and want to attach a file for applicants to download.  The file is our application guidelines.  Can I include a file in my form for them to download?

One way to go about this is to use a Text field. Text fields can accept HTML content like links and images, so you could host your file on any cloud service you prefer, and then use its link in the Text field of your form.
