Upgraded my account to a premium account, but I was not logged on at the time. I made use of Paypal to pay for the account, which is under a different email. How do I make the upgrade reflect on my existing account? I tried changing the email to the one registered under Paypal but thus far nothing's changed.

Your account has successfully upgraded to Professional. I don't see a problem.

Then why does it say on our account settings that we are on a free account and it shows the option to upgrade. When you click it, it still goes to the payment form. If it helps any, the account name is 711
