What does 100 submission mean?

Is 100 submissions per form or per month or per year?

The submission limit is per month. Also, it is not per form, it is the total number of submissions from all of your forms in your account.

Under the Free plan, you can only receive 100 submissions per month. The counter resets back to 0 every 1st day of the month.
