I added a small image on the bottom of the form, and the "submit" buttom slid off the bottom in preview

I then removed the image, and the Submit button is still off the bottom in preview. How can I get the Submit back, and is there a way to make the form long enough so that I can put back my small image?

If it's somehow impossible to add the image, I'll live with that but I need the submit button back on the form.

For some reason, when the field is shrunk, the form cover is not including it in the total height of the form.  Expanding the field allowed for it to be included:
