- cathybaumgartenAnswered on December 15, 2016 at 10:45 AMYesterday, I followed the instructions to “enable” my form’s status, but today I went in to check that the form is available for participants to register and it was “unavailable” again. I went in to check and, sure enough, it was “disabled” again. How can I prevent this?

I checked your form and it is currently set to disable after 15 submissions:
Since the form is already at 15 submissions, each time someone tries to submit the form, it will be disabled again. Increase the limit or change the form status to "Enabled" if you would no longer like a limit. This setting can be found under the "Preferences" tab.
