    Why can't I view an image url anymore?

    Hi there, when I view my form submissions inside jotform I used to be able to view an image url when i clicked on an image that had been submitted. 

    However, now when I click on the submitted image inside jotform it automatically downloads the photo. And even when I select to show the image in a new tab or copy image adress, it doesn't display the image with the image address it just downloads to the computer. 

    Is there anyway you can help with this? Using the image url for pictures is a major part of what i do with the form submissions so if i can't do it then your forms aren't really of much use.

    We aplogize for inconvenience this issue has caused you. I have tried to submit an image on your form 'ourclothes-sales' and didn't have any problem. I managed to successfully upload the image 'china.jpg'and was able to view it fine.

    Please can you try to upload another image and see ifit works. You can also try to logout and relogin to your account and check if it works out.

    Try also clearing your browsers cache and even use a different browser to confirm if it helps.

    I have tried all the instructions you gave me and in both safari and chrome the image automatically downloads to my computer rather than displaying in the web browser.I suggest it is something that has been changed in your server settings, rather than on my end.I have found out you can find the image url with a different method so it isn't too much of a problem any more.

    Your assumption that something about our server settings have been changed appears to be correct because when I recently clicked on image links in old submissions of one of my forms, they each opened in a new tab. However, when I uploaded a new image and clicked it, it downloaded to my computer. And Like you, even right-clicking it and choosing "Open link in new tab" didn't prevent it from downloading.

    I'll submit a ticket and see if our developers can shed some light on this issue.
