Hi there I made some new checkboxes today and when I submit a test, none of the checked off boxes appear in the email:

I cloned your form but I wasn't able to replicate the issue when I did a test submission. Here's a screenshot:
I also found out hat you have 2 notification emails. One is in plain text mode while the other one has the HTML mode. The HTML mode is working properly so I would recommend you deleting the other one.
Normally, if the fields are not automatically updating in the email notifications, we recommend to delete the current notification and then create a new one.
