Asked by gorlando on May 19, 2012 at 09:41 AM

Your payment wizard is nice, but no shopping cart ability.

is there any reason i cannot just insert paypal html codes

for "add to cart", "view cart", etc

    into a form?

looks like placing buttons in a form causes a form submission, so that does not work as desired.

    Hi,

Unfortunately this is not possible with Jotform. Our Paypal payment tool works in a way that the user will automatically be redirected to the Paypal payment page once he/she submits the form.

Perhaps you could instead add all your products into your form using the Paypal payment tool. Doing so would negate the need for a shopping cart.

Hope this post was of any help to you. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us again. Thank you.

The problem is that the photos that are allowed in the payment wizard are too small

for the application which is mobile device based.

so i need to display larger photos with item numbers, then direct the user

to refer to the item number when selecting items to purchase.

i may have 100 items, making a simple selection based on a picture difficult.

You can still fully customize your form by getting the full source code and place it in your HTML file.

    To get the source code:

    1. Edit your form
    2. Go to Setup & Embed tab
    3. Click Embed Form
    4. Under Display it on your site, click Source

You also have an option to download the javascript sources and CSS by clicking on the link just below the area where you can copy the code.  This will prompt you to download the CSS, javascript, and the source code of the form.
