We have a charge/ fee form July 2016 that we are unsure what it is for. How can I find out the details before we pay?

I checked for any accounts of billing information associated with your email address and was unable to find any.  If you can provide us with you JotForm username, the URL of one of your form or of a page one of your forms is added to, we can check your account to see what the charge was.
