    I just bought a better plan, but it was a mistake. I need to cancel the purchase, urgently. How can i do it?

    Today (13/12/2016 - Brazil date), at about 20:10pm, i bought the silver plan. That was correct. But just now, at about 22:20pm, by mistake, i clicked on the website to upgrade to the gold plan. I already received a message from my bank that the first bill of the gold plan were charged. But it was a mistake. I want to remain in the silver plan. I do not want to upgrade to the gold plan, i clicked the button but the purchase was concluded instantly, and i honestly thought that the website would require more information to complete the transaction.

     

    Anyway, i made a mistake by clicking in the button. I still want to remain in the silver plan, but the upgrade to the gold plan i need to cancel and to refund the extra billing. How can i correct this?

    I have now moved back your subscription back to Silver, and refunded you of your payment for your Gold subscription. The payment should be credited back to you in 3-5 business days.
