    I have two questions:

    1. Is it possible to have a quiz where user has to input their name and email to get the results?

    2.

    Is it possible to have a quiz where user inputs their name and email at the end to submit it?

    For the first question: Yes, that is possible. Please check our Quiz Form app, it has an option to send the results. Here's the link: https://apps.jotform.com/app/quiz_form. 

    You need to insert a Full Name and Email fields in your form.

    Also, you can create an auto-responder to send email to the user the result and the copy of the quiz form. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
