hi when a user submits a form for us I want to make sure my other user also gets email on that. How can I enable that

I couldn't understand your query clearly. Do you want to send email notification alert more than one recipients? You need to add other recipients to the notification email recipient list. Here is a guide about it:

If you want to make the form submitter to receive an email after submission, you need to an auto-response email alert. I checked you form and you have already an auto-response email alert.
