I want my submit button to link to send to my zendesk email. How do I do this?

If I understand you correctly, you want to send an email to zendesk when you click the submit button. That is possible, you need to create an email notification and set the recipient to zendesk email. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
