Sorry if this is a repeat but the previous question I wrote just disappeared.
I love Jotform! It has made my life so much easier and more organized. Thank you!
So my question is, is there a way to have one of the answers to a question automatically appear in the header or footer of the .pdf or any other form I choose to print? The reason I ask is that I have a legal thing at the bottom of my form which people must check off. However, since the printout comes out to 4 or 5 pages I have no way to reference that the last page (the legalese) was actually agreed to by the person filling out the form. So if there was a way to automatically have the answer to the "name" question automatically be put in the header or footer that would solve my problem. I could have people fill in their names again just above the legal stuff but they won't be too pleased about it. So if there is a way to automatically have it done that would be fabulous. Thanks so much!Page URL:

Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, i am not aware of a solution to achieve having one of the answers to a question automatically appear in the header or footer of the .pdf or any other form.
But it is possible to add header or footer in your form. You can either use the Heading field (find it on our Form Tools menu on the left hand of the form builder) ,
or you can use a Free Text (HTML) field that you can find on our Power tools menu
Either way , just drag and drop it into the header or footer section of your form and then you can customize it using by clicking on the form style tab and then using our Toolbar. From there you can cutomize Font colors, size, background, etc.
If you still need further assistance or explanations, let us know

Thank you very much for your response, unfortunately it doesn't solve the problem :-(. Still love Jotform though!

Thanks for your compliments, we appreciate it much!
I'm sorry though as we do not have such functionality, it is not possible with the current version of JotForm.
I understand that this can be very tedious on your part but the best way to achieve this for now is to manually do the header or footer text. You may also use adobe acrobat to edit your pdf file.
Apologies for the response delay. Thanks for using JotForm!
