I un-encrypted my form, and now the data shows up encrypted.

Before un-encrypting the form, I was able to see the submission in plain text, but the download files were encrypted.  I removed the encryption from the form, and now I am not able to read the submission.

Please be noted that if the form has received the submissions after encrypting the form, they will be encrypted and cannot be unencrypted unless the encrypted form is supplied with the key. If the form is unencrypted later, the received submissions will remain encrypted only. However, the submissions received after disabling the encryption the form will be receiving normal submissions.

So, in order to read the encrypted submissions it is required to encrypt the form again using the same key and then view the submissions.

If you need to receive the submissions normally without encryption, you may consider cloning the form so that the encrypted and normal submissions are received separately.
