How do the users send the payment through my form?

I have added the payment option to my forms (a photography contract), but when I send it to myself it doesn't actually allow me to click on the payment to make a payment. I'm wondering if there is another step that I need to take to make this work?

I have checked your JotForm and see that there is no Submit button available to submit the form. Please add the Submit button to your form so that it can be submitted and receive the payments.
