Unable to select "Email" field as recipient in form auto-responder.

Please, help.

I try to create an autoresponder email but is impossible to put the correct field (= field "Email" inside the form) - you have to take a look at the screenshot.

I did check your form and found that you have only added notifiers. If you need to send submission emails to the person who submitted form, you should add "Form Auto-responder" email alert. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

You should be able to select "Email" field as "Recipient Email" of your form auto-responder. I did try to add a form auto-responder in your form and I was able to select email field. Please check the screenshot below:
