My form doesn't always look the same! Why?

Hi, 

When I look at my form through 'edit form', I get my most recently edited version of the form. However, if i look at it through 'view form', I see an old version. I want to send out the form ASAP but I'm worried people will see the old one...

I was not able to replicate the issue. I cloned your form (https://www.jotform.com/63113429200341) and it is the same in the Preview form except that it has a page break that needs to click the next button to go to the next page.

Please provide a screenshot of the edit form and the view form so we can check what is the different between the two. Here's a guide: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-to-the-support-forum
