I cannot open files after the downloaded uploads are sent to my email

Não consigo fazer o download dos documentos enviados por e-mail pois estão corrompidos. Existe outra forma de realizar o download dessas informações?

Existe uma forma de vocês enviarem os documentos?

Can you give us a sample link here? I've checked your form submissions page and your recent submissions or files are downloadable. We'll check the file and see if we can do something about it to recover.Â

You cannot attach an image to this support forum through your email account. You have to access this thread (https://www.jotform.com/answers/1011253) and use the image tool to upload your screenshot(s).
Can you also share some links that are not working? You have a few hundreds of submissions with multiple files, I can't seem to find a link that is not working.Â

Additionally, please note that since the size of the uploads are very large, you are not able to download them as .zip files from the Submissions page.
However, those files will be sent to your email address after you click on Download All Uploads button.Â

We checked our system logs and seems like the file was broken before your user submits it. Could you please ask her to upload again?
