I tried this solution and it still will not allow me to see my form in mobile mode. the form functions just fine in classic mode.

I have checked and you have three forms on your account. Form that was last modified http://www.jotform.us/form/51376243920150 is responsive. Here is the screenshot that I took on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4).
Other two forms are not responsive. You can make them responsive by adding Mobile Responsive widget to your forms.
If you have issues with some other form, please provide us ID of that form. In case that your form is embedded and your embedded form is not responsive, please provide us URL of your webpage. Also tell us which mobile device are you using.
You can also provide us a screenshot of your issue.
