Password Reset not being received

    Hi,

     

    I am trying to reset my password.  To set up a new jot form.  I tried the email and with no luck.  Can this happen today?

    I checked our email logs for the address in your form and they have indeed been failing.  It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam.  When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.

    I removed your address from the list and sent the reset email once again, it looks to have gone through.  Check your inbox, it should be there.
