Trouble logging in

    Hey Jotform support team,

    I have some trouble logging in. All data from Jotform is being sent to my email: But when I go to the "forgot my password" page. And type in my email ( ) it says:                                  

    "No user with this email address or username has been found."

    I hope you can help me.

    Hi Michael

    The accounts related to your email address are both guests accounts. Guests accounts are not intended to be kept on the server for a long period of time since it relies on the browser settings.

    Please note that in order to login you need to be a registered user. Once you visit JotForm website you should see the following on the left side:

    Just create an account and use your own email address. Your guest account will be merged with this new account.
