I have made a form where someone can donate to an organization and I am using a Paypal widget. I set it to a "User Defined Amount" to allow them to select how much they want to give. But it is not allowing me to put anything in the field.
It is Donation Amount field on this form: https://form.jotform.com/63353813938968
Can you please help me?

I can see what you're reporting even on a cloned form, I have set the payment field to get a custom amount, but it seems to be read only, I have tried with another payment integrations and the same happens.
With other form this does not seem to happen, only with your form and a cloned version, I will forward this to our second level so our developers may investigate this particular case and in the meantime I would suggest you to add a Form Calculation widget to your form and take the custom amount from this field.
Go to the payment wizard and select the widget in "Get price from":
We will let you know as soon as we get updates regarding this thread.

When you configure your payment field to "Get Price From" another field, it does not make sense to still allow changing the amount in the actual payment field.
It is set to read-only because it should always get the price from the field you have set.
To allow changing of the amount, please select "None (Manual)" for this particular option.

Well, I did that previously and it did not work, so then I tried the solution above and had to change it to get it from the calculation field as the solution suggested, which works, but it a little redundant.
I made a clone of the form and removed the calculation field, then set it to None (manual) again and it is back to not working: https://form.jotform.com/63566583280968
So, I am back to where I started.

Apologies for this.
I have checked your form and I can see what you're referring to, I will provide this cloned form to the assigned developer so he can take a look and find why this is happening.
We will let you know as soon as we get updates regarding this.
