Our form is not working correctly

Our Visa Charge form is not working correctly. It will not tab across fields and gives and error when trying to upload a receipt. Below is the link:

The issue was reported immediately and our developers were able to have it fixed right away. Can you please check it on your end and let us know if you encounter any further issues.

Everything seems to be working except being able to tab through the Budget Information grid.
