If you're referring to Subusers you added to your account, Treasurer200club, then they would use their respective JotForm account credentials.
I checked your account and found 3 users added:
firstname.lastname@example.org (Free Plan)
email@example.com (Free Plan)
firstname.lastname@example.org (No Account)
The first 2 above would just need login normally to their respective free accounts and a folder would be visible on the left hand side of their MY FORMS page (https://jotform.com/myforms/) where they would see the forms you shared with them.

On the other hand, the 3rd subuser above would need to create an account using that same email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to access the forms you shared with him. Just ask him to setup one on this page https://jotform.com/signup/ and ensure that he will use that same email.
