when I add a user what is their logon and password

If you're referring to Subusers you added to your account, Treasurer200club, then they would use their respective JotForm account credentials.

I checked your account and found 3 users added:

twraftery@gmail.com (Free Plan)

mchait@comcast.net (Free Plan)

scholarship200clubacm@gmail.com (No Account)

The first 2 above would just need login normally to their respective free accounts and a folder would be visible on the left hand side of their MY FORMS page (https://jotform.com/myforms/) where they would see the forms you shared with them.

On the other hand, the 3rd subuser above would need to create an account using that same email scholarship200clubacm@gmail.com in order to access the forms you shared with him. Just ask him to setup one on this page https://jotform.com/signup/ and ensure that he will use that same email.
