Why am I seeing that I'm over my form limit?

    1. Your form instructions are confusing, and although I deleted a few practice forms, your site persists in saying I've reached my limit of 5 already.

    2. I need to accept recurring donations via Dwolla, which transfers funds from individual donor bank accounts to my non-profit's bank account, but I cannot find a template that integrates with Dwolla. This method saves us credit card fees.

    3. My organization's website is not yet operational. My form needs to consist of a webpage that processes these donations.

Can you be more specific which instructions were confusing so we can help? We have hundreds of guides on our help section so if you could point us which guide you're referring to, that would be appreciated.

I also checked your account and you are indeed beyond the 5 form limit. You currently have 7 forms in total.
