    That is what is happening today with JotForm? Too much trouble today. Many email have come where missing values of several widjets, with errors of pdf, now one of the forms that appear:

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. It might be a temporary disconnect issue on our side earlier. I currently could not reproduce the same problem anymore at this time. 

    I checked your account and forms, and they are Active and available at this time.

    The problem remains with Dropdown widget.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I checked one of your forms (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/61095828481362) and I also checked the Group Values Dropdown widget but it seems it is working now.

    To my understanding, any issues you had with the drop-down issue is now not occurring or is not fixed, is that correct?

    However, with regards to your other concern about images being used as radio button options using HTML tag <img>, you have opened a separate thread for it where my colleagues have already responded. 

    May I suggest you refer to that thread if you have other questions or concerns regarding it to avoid confusion?

    Your colleague has asked me if I still have a problem. I've answered that since yesterday, several problems arose and so far I'm still with this problem which is not solved.

    I don't know if is the problem of a widget in personal or is a problem global's service Jotform. Therefore I do not know if we have that follow open them two themes or only one.

    We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing. 

    I was able to see that radio button images did not appears on the form.  You could see only the url of the images.

    I tested on different browser and the same result. I also cloned your form, removed the radio button and then re-added but the result was the same. 

    Could you please give me some time to come with a proper solution. I will back in a short time.

    Thank you for your patience. 

    The issue  has just been fixed. I checked your form on different browsers and I was able to see radio button images properly.

    That's great to know. 

    The other issues are currently assigned to our developers. You should get an email through the threads once we have an update.
