I'm getting user submitted form data on this website, but I'm not getting the form data sent to the email I have listed in "email notifications".
I don't want to have to log into jotforms to get this information. I need it sent to my email.

I have checked the email address that you have set up in your form and I can see it is fine, the email history shows that the emails are being properly sent and the email address is not in our bounce list, one of the reasons why emails do not send.
What I would suggest you is to check your spam and junk folder since may be that your emails ended up there, I would also suggest you to check this guide about why emails may not be sending: Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications
If the problem still persists, please try setting up a custom sender email using the SMTP method, this way you will have more control over how the emails are sent: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
