I'm out of form views!

I don't want to keep a archive of my received messages. I want to activate my forms and keep it free.

I checked your account and it looks like you have upgraded recently to Silver monthly on Dec. 15, 2016. Since you have upgraded to Silver, your form view limits have now increased (100,000 views/month). However upon checking further, I see that you were also subscribed to Bronze monthly just recently on Dec. 12, 2016.

To avoid getting charged for both the Bronze and Silver subscription each month, we can cancel one of the subscriptions for you. Please let us know which subscription you would like to keep. Since you have exceeded the form view limits for the bronze plan, I recommend keeping the Silver subscription.

However, if you want to keep the Bronze subscription instead, please note that you can actually lift the form view limits on your account completely. Simply add a jotform footer to all your forms to lift the form view limits.

1. Go to your Account settings page

2. Select Settings

3. Check the Jotform Footer checkbox

So you can either add a jotform footer to lift the form view limits and keep the Bronze plan, or to keep the Silver plan so you don't need to add a jotform footer below your forms.
