I'm attempting to get the information from a jotform into an insightly note. In order to look up the organisation in Insightly it requires the name, ID and email of the organisation. I'd like to make this data set available to the jotform somehow so that it can be looked up in insightly so allow the note to be added to the correct org record.
I've tried playing with a number of the widgets (e.g. the data grid widget) but can't seem to store the ID and Email of the org in jotform to enable the lookup. Is there some other way to do this?
E.g. Insightly Update Required:
Org = Form.SchoolName **Lookup only
Notes Title = Form.Conference
Notes Body = Form.Areaofinterest
** to create a note in insightly the lookup requires Org Name, ID and Email or phone number. I am happy to store these in an offline area (e.g. behind the scenes in the jotform) as they change rarely in this industry.

I have checked your form and cloned it in order to test it on my side.
When your form is going to be submitted, the related data will be saved into Insightly automatically.
Tell me if I am wrong, you have wanted to save the data from Insightly in your form, also. You can not store the data in JotForm that saved into Insightly as the integration is only bi-directional. However, the submissions of the users will be saved into the submission page already.
Also, I would like to inform you about that you do not have to use Zapier to integrate your form. You can also integrate your form with Insightly as you can see in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/380-How-to-Integrate-your-form-with-Insightly-CRM. Please also check this guide, this way is easier.
