we had another spam attack today despite Google re-capcha and Unique submissions check. Can we do something else to avoid it in future? Can you remove those messages from our account so we could use the service?Page URL:

We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing.
First of all, please note that I reset your monthly submissions and form views because you were over-limited and scheduled to downgrade because of these attacks. I also removed your downgrade process.
As I checked your form preferences, check cookies and IP option has been already enabled. I understood from your words that these spams were received even unique submission option was enabled. I tried to send you multiple submisisons but I failed. That's why, could you please confirm once again when did you enabled this unique submission option, before the attack or after the attack?
We are also investigating the issue and will return you once we have an update.

Problem should be fixed now. Also we've cleared your submissions that are related to spam attack. Please let us know if the issue happens again.
