cannot downgrade

    I want to downgrade to the free account but after I select downgrade it sends me to plimus with a numerical id that I have not seen before and it won't take my jotform password.  Can you downgrade my account please. penningtonday is user id.

    I have now cancelled your subscription for you. You will not be charged again. Your account will remain Premium until the paid period expires which will be on June 07, 2012.

    Your forms and data will not be affected in any way when your account downgraded to a free one.
