I cannot see some selection blocks in form builder page but I can see them in preview.

When I preview my form it has selection block, that I can't see when creating the form? How do I get rid of them?

It is seen that there are some checkboxes and according to user selections you show some texts under the checkboxes with Show/Hide Conditions. 

Actually, I couldn't detect any missing checkbox field in your form both editor and preview versions. Could you please provide more details and some screenshots about your issue?
