    Good afternoon,

I have received the email: You have reached your JotForm submissions limit.

Does it mean that I will lose the information or just that the form will be disabled and no more submissions will be able? But the info about the submissions received will still be in my account.

    Thanks,

I have checked and your account is overlimit. As free user you can receive up to 100 submission per month. This month you already received 102 submissions. because of that your account will be downgraded today and after that all of your forms will be disabled. You will not lose previously submitted data. When forms are disabled your users will not be able to fill them and submit the data.

Submission counter is reset on first day of each month. This means that your forms will be disabled until 1st January.

If you want to have more submissions you can upgrade you account. More about different type of accounts and limits you can find on our Pricing page.

Hope this will help. let us know if you need further assistance.
