Forms that include a credit card number and electronic signatures.

We are considering your services for embedding a form into our website.

1.  Could the forms include a credit card number? Not process a payment but we need for setting up an account.

2.  We'd like to enable the form to send contents as a .pdf but emailing the credit card number is not secure, any options?

3. With this application form we would like to include a legally binding electronic signature from the customer, is this something your form services support?

Hi Beth, thanks for your interest in JotForm and I would be more than happy to answer you.

1.  Could the forms include a credit card number? Not process a payment but we need for setting up an account.

 If you wish to collect credit card numbers but not process them you can do that by enabling the authorization feature on one of our approved payment integrations.

2.  We'd like to enable the form to send contents as a .pdf but emailing the credit card number is not secure, any options?

 It's possible to remove the certain fields by customizing pdf or email notification so that only certain content is displayed.

3. With this application form we would like to include a legally binding electronic signature from the customer, is this something your form services support?

 We have a couple different signature widgets that you can add to your forms for this purpose.
