connection problem

    Dear Jotform team,
    You banned the IP address of my workplace internet connexion for your website. I signaled the problem from another internet connexion to your team and you told me it was an error and would be corrected. Today, I can't access to your website and I have to send many forms to the clients of my company (in 2h maximum). I can't even contact your support from my office because I'm totally blocked by your app CouldFlare (see attached) from all the computers of my company.

    Is your workplace's IP address I can't find the record of your previous communication with us on this matter.
