I am having issues with people stating that they have submitted a form and they are not receiving the confirmation email. This is was the case with an email from Courtney Mahalik sent last night on the Student INformation Form at email@example.com.
I retried this morning with test data and it came through.

Your domain SPF record does not allow sending emails on behalf of your domain from 3rd party email servers (JotForm mail servers in this case). It means that your custom email sender might not be reliable.
You might consider switching the Sender Email to one of our default senders firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com or to your own mail server (SMTP sender).
