Why my conditions "Skip page" are not working?

Asked by Els7278 on December 15, 2016 at 10:58 AM

Hi I have added two conditional fields:

    1) to skip to page 3 if the answer to [do you intend to go on study leave is equal to NO]

    2) to skip to page 4 if the answer to [funding buy-outs is equal to NO]

However, when i test this, it does not work. Please could you see what I might be doing wrong?

    Hello Elizabeth,

I checked your form and it is working fine for me, the thing is you want to skip to the next page, for the first condition you're in the second page where your condition should skip you to 3rd when you click next, but that will happen either way since that is the next page. Same for your second condition. You are in the 3rd page and you will skip to 4th one, which will, again, happen anyway.

So, I'm not sure what is the purpose of these conditions, if you can clarify a bit so we can assist you further.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!
