I have deleted several of my forms to be able to access additional forms and this has not allowed me to get additional forms.
Can you assist?

I see that your account is currently holding Free subscription and having 11 forms in your account. Please be noted that the Free accounts are now limited to create only 5 forms. Since you have already created more forms in your account before introducing the forms limit, these forms will be working fine. However, your account is restricted to create any new forms unless the total forms is less than 5 forms.
In order to create new forms in your account, you may consider upgrading your account to a paid subscription based on your requirement.

You can actually restore the forms, but I can only see one form in your Trash Folder (https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms). I'm sorry to say that the limit is already in effect. It's either you will re-use an existing form or upgrade to create a new one.
