Hi! We are experiencing a lag in the integration, i.e., it is taking a while for the entry to populate in Sheets. Is this a known issue? Will it correct itself?

There are no reports recently that the integration is lagging behind. What you can do is remove the integration and re-integrate Google Sheets with your form. This, in turn, would update all the data to your sheet.

Hi, I am still experiencing this problem; it seems to take several hours for the information to be reflected in my Google Spreadsheet. I cannot constantly delete and re-create the sheet, because it is linked to many other sheets in our system and it is important that the sheet ID remain the same.
So, I hope that you will investigate this issue further. Thanks!

It's not normal if it's taking a long hour to populate the spreadsheet. I think this is still related to our problem yesterday with regards to Google Spreadsheet. We have the following update from the Performance Dev Team which is in charge of this integration:
"Yesterday's problems were related to servers, this is fixed now. However, we are very aware of the recent spreadsheet problems. We have updated our Google API and moved to another server in an effort to provide a better and stable integration. Nonetheless, newly created forms are working with the new Google API since last month and they seem to be fine, but Google related problems will still persist (Auth token) for a number of users whose integrated forms with Google were built with the old API"
With that being said, you may consider re-creating the integration with Google Spreadsheet to see if that will finally fix the problem. We'll be happy to create a new report to our developers if the problem persists.
