Form was submitted without mandatory paymentAsked by typhoonoptics on December 15, 2016 at 03:00 PM
We received a form submission but no payment was submitted. There are also no incomplete payments.
The Paypal Pro filled is tied to a conditional logic. It's when the "Did you purchase your Typhoon sunglasses from this website?" field is equal to "YES" and when "Enter your Warranty Registration #" is filled or equals to a value.
Checking your form submissions page, I don't see any issues at all. For instance, your last submission from Scott Harris. This person selected NO from the first field so the payment is hidden. He filled the warranty card, but the first condition is the priority.
But I have to say that your conditional logic has a conflict. You should combine all and choose to show the fields when all or if any is filled. Your second conditional logic is also a conflict, you choose IF ALL for the same field, should be IF ANY:
But just in case you mean a particular submission, let us know the name of the submitter so we can check again.
