I am unable to open an encrypted form even though I have the key.

    Email shows up encrypted and never asks for the key. How can I get it to ask for the encryption key again?

    Form that you provided is currently encrypted and you should be able use your key.

    If you want to get asked for the key again, you will need to set Encrypt Form Data to No and then switch it back to Yes.

    Also please note that if form is not encrypted you will not be able to decrepit your data.
