My "CINCINNATI Meeting Form" is failing. The CONDITIONS are not working. The SETTINGS that your Support dept. says should be available are not available. It's getting worse and worse. What is happening. Is Jotform having a SYSTEM FAILURE or is the SYSTEM DOWN or NOT WORKING. Please let me know.
I need to use this, and other forms that I have.
It seems that the support department is either OVERWHELMED or attempting to cover or hide the problem. Because whenever I send in a Support Question, it is answered with A QUESTION and not an ANSWER.
Also, it is taking LONGER and LONGER to receive a response from the Support department. I have 3 questions that were submitted YESTERDAY but I have received NO RESPONSE to any of them.
What in the world is going on?
