Yes, I understand that that is what it looks like. But that is not the case. I had 5 forms in there that I have used on my website for the last 6 months at least. The recent update that y'all did has done something with them.
The forms were still active on my site, but I was not getting email alerts that someone had filled out a form. So I go check my forms at JotForm's website, and they are gone.
At this point, I have just switched contact form services. I can't afford to have wonky forms on my site.
The forms may have been created on another account. If you can share us the URLs, we'd be happy to locate and then move them to your mamamelly account.
Your email address on the other account (if you have one), or your email address on the missing forms may have been added to our bounce list. We can check this as well and get it to work for your forms. You are currently using Gmail address and I don't see any issues with it.
