why are my forms not being forwarded

    www.lossiemouth.org has a jot form on it and none of the forms are being forwarded to me at bobfuller@madasafish or through to webdesign@edinvillie.co.uk. Can you tell me what I have or havenot done please?

    Hi Bob;

    We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Please can you change the the sender's name and email in notification page to; Jotform and noreply@jotform.com respectively.

    You can also whitelist Jotmail's IPs , you can request your ISP or Mail provider to add the following IPs on the link;


    Try also to add noreply@jotform.com to your contact list in the email account. You can also try changing the notification email address to yahoo or gmail account and test.

    Lets know if this works out!
